The property is located in the northern part of Villajoyosa.

In a quiet urbanization, placed on a high plateau with spectacular slopes to the sea and of course an incredibly beautiful view from the parks and from the path, that takes you to the nearest picturesque little beach of “Las Torres”.

Alicante airport is 52 km away, the nearest three golf courses are within 8, 9 and 23 kilometers.

In the presentable hallway with marble flooring the mailboxes are placed and two elevators can take you up to the third floor. The building has access for a wheelchair.                                                                  The entrance in the apartment, has inbuilt wardrobe and so has the two bedrooms.  One toilet with a bathtub. The largest bedroom has access to the 11 square meter terrace. The apartment has 65 m2 living space.

From the living room you can also access the covered north west facing terrasse, where the fantastic panoramic mountain view can be enjoyed in the afternoon and evening sun.

The gated urbanization has a well-kept and separately gated garden and pool area. There is also a local café just across the street.

Just around the building are small parks with pétanque and playground for children. Follow a path along the sea and parks and you will after some walking, come to a wonderful little beach. A few, but charismatic a very cozy beach bars and restaurants, with occasionally live music, are to find in this area. A luxury camping site are also placed here.

Villajoyosa, “The Chocolate Village” and fishing town is the nearest option if you want to shop.              2,5 km., to the center of the village. But only 600 meters to the nearest restaurants and beach cafés.    900 meters to the nearest supermarket. A little 500-meter walk or bicycle ride takes you to three other small beaches on you way to the harbor of Villajoyosa, which is only a 1,3 km. walking distance away. 

The vibrant City of Benidorm with lots of amusement and theme parks is the place for city action and partying. Only 5 km to the beach of Benidorm.
