Elegante luxe villa in nieuwbouw met uitzicht op zee gelegen in het prestigieuze gebied van Altea Hills. De villa is verdeeld over 3 verdiepingen. De kelder heeft een garage en is een volledig open ruimte. Op de begane grond vinden we een ruime en lichte woonkamer naast de open keuken met een spectaculair uitzicht op de baai van Altea. Op dezelfde verdieping vinden we een wasruimte, een gastentoilet en drie grote slaapkamers met badkamer en suite in elk van hen en inbouwkasten. Op de bovenste verdieping is de hoofdslaapkamer waarin zich een grote kleedkamer en badkamer met jacuzzi bevindt. Al deze kamers hebben een terras. Buiten kunnen we genieten van een prachtige ontspanningsruimte naast het zwembad in moderne stijl en de tuinen van het perceel.
