On entering the property you walk through the terraced area and into the ground floor of the property. The duplex is distributed over 2 floors. Upon entering we find the living room. To the left is the kitchen and towards the back of the living room there is a good sized bathroom and understairs storage.

By car, you reach Santa Pola via the A7 and then the N332.
