On entering the property you walk through the terraced area and into the ground floor of the property. The duplex is distributed over 2 floors. Upon entering we find the living room. To the left is the kitchen and towards the back of the living room there is a good sized bathroom and understairs storage.

On the first floor there is the second bathroom and the two bedrooms, each with their own double bed. One has access to its own balcony overlooking the terrace.

Located only 13km from Alicante airport and 20 km from Alicante city, it is easy to commute to Santa Pola. A taxi ride is possible but buses are more reasonably priced. On average, a bus from Alicante to Santa Pola would cost around 3€.

By car, you reach Santa Pola via the A7 and then the N332.
