Plus tard, nous trouvons un appartement avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain qui dispose également d’une cuisine et d’une salle à manger. À l’intérieur de la parcelle, nous trouvons une écurie qui a une place pour 20 boîtes de 3 x 3,5 ainsi qu’une douche intérieure pour chevaux avec une grange de grande capacité. En outre, la ferme dispose de 2 salles de stockage, d’une arène de 28m2 de diamètre, d’un grand hangar pour libérer les chevaux d’une dimension de 200m2 et d’une piste de sable de 20 x 40.
