The luxury villa is located in one of the best residential areas preferred by Calpe residents, due to its proximity to the town centre, beaches and at the same time because it is a quiet and safe area.
The single-storey modern detached house is a practical and comfortable project. The house comes with a large fenced plot with an internal cypress hedge, which provides privacy and a Mediterranean atmosphere.
The house consists of a living area, i.e. a living room with a dining area and an open kitchen with an island and space for a laundry room. From the living room we have access to the outdoor area, where we have a covered patio with barbecue and a large terrace with a 40m2 pool. In the lounge area of the house there is a sleeping area, with 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and two further bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside there is a parking area with a pergola in the form of an atmospheric sail for two cars.

One of the most distinctive features of Calpe is the Peñón de Ifach, a massive rock formation that juts out into the sea. Rising to a height of 332 meters, it is the symbol of Calpe and a designated nature reserve. Visitors can hike to the summit of the rock for breathtaking panoramic views of the town, the Mediterranean Sea, and the surrounding coastline.
