Villaen ligger på et privilegert sted - elite og sikret urbanisering kalt Altea Hills, hvor alle de beste villaene på Costa Blanca ligger. Her kan du fullt ut nyte all stillheten og roen på dette fantastiske stedet i Spania.

Huset er plassert i den øvre delen av tomten, og har den beste utsikten over Middelhavet og Altea. Den nederste delen av tomten er dekket av vegetasjon, noe som forbedrer den generelle utsikten, forsterker rekkevidden og legger til forbindelsen med havet og fjellnaturen.

Villaen har 4 nivåer. Når vi kommer inn i huset, kommer vi til garasjen, og når vi går ned fra den, kommer vi til det første nivået med 3 soverom, alle utstyrt med individuelle bad. Nedenfor er det kjøkken, spisestue og stue med utgang til en stor terrasse med evighetsbasseng. På bakkeplan er det et stort rom som kan brukes til både treningsstudio eller hvilesone med badstue og biljard, alt etter kundens ønske.

Alle rommene i villaen er vendt mot havet, noe som gir en eksepsjonell utsikt over havet og et fantastisk sollys.
