Når du går inn i resepsjonshallen, kan du gå til høyre eller venstre for villaen. Til høyre er den svært romslige stuen, ved siden av et åpent kjøkken og spisestue, begge med havutsikt. Ved siden av kjøkkenet er gjestetoalett og vaskerom. Gjennom stuen kommer du til den romslige og panoramiske terrassen med utsikt over havet og den berømte Sierra Helada del Albir, basseng og hage, i  tillegg til en terrasse på kjøkkensiden, er det mange alternativer. Fra denne etasjen får du tilgang til det vakre bassenget, sørøstvendt. Terrasse omgitt av en hage med garantert privatliv. En lukket garasje med automatisk dør.
