It is a detached house that provides the owners with not only functionality but also comfort.  Entering the house, we go through a large hall, where the living area of the house is located on the right, where we find an open kitchen, combined with a dining room and a comfortable living room. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace, porch and barbecue area. 
To the left is the access to the night area distributed into 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom and dressing room. There is also a laundry room in this part of the house. 

The large, green garden surrounds a comfortable private swimming pool where you can relax carefree in the Mediterranean sunshine.
