Luksuriøst hus 5 minutters gange fra Moraira. Dette prosjektet med rette linjer og varme overflater er fordelt over to etasjer på en stor tomt. I øverste etasje er det tre soverom med to bad, samt en åpen terrasse.  I hovedetasjen finner vi et soverom med eget bad, et gjestetoalett, fullt utstyrt åpent kjøkken og stue. Huset har air condition (med kanaler) og sentralvarme med varmepumpe. Den har automatisk inngangsdør med uavhengig fotgjengerinngang og intercom. På samme nivå som hovedhuset er svømmebassenget . Det inkluderer utvendig snekkerarbeid med automatiske persienner, garderober med moduler og grunnleggende alarminstallasjon  .
